Patents
The objective of this course is to provide an overview of the patent process. Topics discussed include what makes an item patentable, different types of patents, the process for filing patent applications including the forms required, as well as an overview of supporting information needed for domestic and foreign filings. Costs associated with application filing and maintenance are also discussed.
