Abstract
3 Phoenix, Inc. (3Pi) plans to continue development of a field-deployable RF over Fiber (RFoF) distribution system that consists of both high-frequency RF optical channels and bi-directional digital channels providing telemetry and data-fusion capability. The development will be focused on the implementation of a high-capacity, high frequency capability necessary for the Navy"s radar and communications applications. In addition, 3Pi plans to implement size, weight and power reduction measures in order to advance the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of the prototype system developed for RFoF.
